How do I start the free trial?
Register an account at
app.phonetraxpro.com. Your 7-day free trial starts automatically with full Pro access — no credit card required.
Can I use PhoneTrax Pro on both my phone and computer?
Yes. The web app works on any browser, and the Android app is available on the Google Play Store. Both connect to the same account and data in real time.
What happens when my plan expires?
You get a 5-day grace period with full access. If no renewal is made, the account downgrades to the Free plan. All your data is preserved.
Can I get a refund?
Our policy is strictly no refund, as we offer a full 7-day free trial. The only exception is if the app fails to deliver a feature explicitly listed in your plan. See our
